About Us

Plus Forte LLC is a physical therapy and wellness practice that offers in-office, telehealth and mobile services to those residing in Chelmsford, MA and surrounding towns.

Plus Forte is located in North Chelmsford at 15 Tyngsboro Road, Unit #12, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863.

Rehabilitation and post-injury health, strength training, restorative mobility, cardiovascular health, corrective exercise, athletic and sports-specific training, nutrition and general wellness support are all services that our team is excited and proud to provide clients. This holistic approach is what sets us apart and what will help you reach your goals.

At Plus Forte, you will work one-on-one with a clinician that recognizes the importance of addressing the body as a whole. Spending time to identify and treat the underlying cause, rather than treating just the symptoms, restores optimal function and provides lasting results.

Plus Forte was built on the desire to provide individuals with a one-stop-shop for all wellness needs. We improve exercise technique, treat injuries, reduce pain and provide health-related insight. Plus Forte will provide an encouraging, knowledgeable, and highly collaborative approach that will help you to achieve your personal goals!

Massachusetts has unrestricted direct access for Physical Therapy, meaning that you can see a Physical Therapist for treatment without a referral from your MD.

Why Choose Private Pay Physical Therapy?

We believe your healthcare should be guided by your goals—not by insurance limitations. Choosing private pay physical therapy allows us to provide truly individualized care. Rather than rushing through short appointments or following insurance restrictions, we have the freedom to spend the time needed to understand the root cause of your pain, movement limitations, or performance goals.

What can you expect when paying privately to work with a Plus Forte Doctor?

  • One-on-one treatment for every visit

  • Longer, personalized sessions

  • Care based on your needs—not insurance requirements. The use of techniques and modalities that we know will help you reach your goals, regardless of whether random insurance agents think they’re helpful or not!

  • Direct access to your therapist. We prioritize communication so you always have guidance and support throughout your recovery.

  • A whole-body approach. We look beyond the site of pain to identify contributing factors and create lasting solutions, helping you move better and stay active long-term. Via insurance, you are only allowed to treat one body part at a time…but when is that helpful?!

“We are all different, with different goals, different interests, and very different schedules. I want to collaborate with you to help find what makes you stronger! My goal is to make becoming and staying healthy both feasible and enjoyable!”
