About Us

Plus Forte LLC is a physical therapy and wellness practice that offers in-office, telehealth and mobile services to those residing in Chelmsford, MA and surrounding towns.

Plus Forte is located in North Chelmsford at 15 Tyngsboro Road, Unit #12, N. Chelmsford, MA 01863.

Rehabilitation and post-injury health, strength training, restorative mobility, cardiovascular health, corrective exercise, athletic and sports-specific training, nutrition and general wellness support are all services that our team is excited and proud to provide clients. This holistic approach is what sets us apart and what will help you reach your goals.

At Plus Forte, you will work one-on-one with a clinician that recognizes the importance of addressing the body as a whole. Spending time to identify and treat the underlying cause, rather than treating just the symptoms, restores optimal function and provides lasting results.

Massachusetts has unrestricted direct access for Physical Therapy, meaning that you can see a Physical Therapist for treatment without a referral from your MD. If you choose to seek physical therapy treatment through insurance (we currently accept Harvard Pilgrim, BCBS and Medicare in addition to private pay), a referral may be necessary.

Plus Forte was built on the desire to provide individuals with a one-stop-shop for all wellness needs. We improve exercise technique, treat injuries, reduce pain and provide health-related insight. Plus Forte will provide an encouraging, knowledgeable, and highly collaborative approach that will help you to achieve your personal goals!

“We are all different, with different goals, different interests, and very different schedules. I want to collaborate with you to help find what makes you stronger! My goal is to make becoming and staying healthy both feasible and enjoyable!”
